Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. General terms apply as follows:
Payment schedules are typically: 50% upfront upon engagement confirmation and 50% upon delivery or go-live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Services may be suspended after 30 days of non-payment.
Milestone-based payment as defined in the Statement of Work. ITNS-Global reserves the right to pause work where milestone payments are overdue.
All website content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and materials created by ITNS-Global remain the intellectual property of ITNS-Global Private Limited unless expressly transferred in a written agreement.
For custom software development engagements (Products P.28–P.33 in our Web Apps & Software suite), full IP ownership is transferred to the client upon final payment, as specified in the relevant service agreement. The client receives unrestricted ownership of the delivered application.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to ITNS-Global in connection with services. You grant ITNS-Global a limited licence to process, store, and use such data solely to deliver the agreed services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide regarding ITNS-Global's services may be used by us without restriction or compensation to improve our products and services.
You agree not to use ITNS-Global services to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITNS-Global's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ITNS-Global in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ITNS-Global Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
You may terminate service engagements in accordance with the notice periods specified in your individual service agreement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on financial implications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to services immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination. Provisions relating to IP ownership, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution provisions below.
For clients in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to Indian law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notification of a dispute.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Hyderabad, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator agreed upon by both parties, or appointed by the relevant arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitration for substantive claims.
ITNS-Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For active service engagements, changes to commercially significant terms (pricing, SLA, IP rights) require mutual written agreement and do not take effect unilaterally.
