ITNS-Global Private Limited ("ITNS-Global", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites (global.itns.in, catalogs.itns.in, itns.in), engage our services, or otherwise interact with us.

We are headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and serve clients globally, including in the European Union. Key point: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

Information You Provide

  • Contact & Enquiry Data: Name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry when you submit a contact form or book a consultation.
  • Account Data: Email address and password when you create an account on any ITNS-Global platform.
  • Business Information: Company size, industry, current technology stack, and project requirements discussed during service engagements.
  • Payment Data: Billing address, payment method details (processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: Records of correspondence, emails, support tickets, and meeting notes when you contact us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, links clicked, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and HTTP status codes.

Information from Third Parties

  • LinkedIn profile information if you contact us or connect via LinkedIn.
  • Marketing analytics from tools such as Google Analytics.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
  • Access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with role-based access controls.
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning are performed on our systems.
  • Employees handling personal data receive privacy and security training.
  • We maintain an incident response plan for data breaches and will notify affected parties and regulators as required by law.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
