Cloud Start is ITNS-Global's entry-level cloud infrastructure service — a fully managed, one-time cloud environment setup and workload migration engagement that takes your business from on-premise servers, shared hosting, or legacy infrastructure to a properly architected, production-ready cloud environment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Most businesses know they need to move to cloud infrastructure but face three consistent barriers: not knowing which cloud platform is right for their workloads, not having the internal expertise to architect a secure and cost-efficient environment, and not being able to afford the risk of a migration that goes wrong. Cloud Start removes all three barriers.
ITNS-Global begins with a cloud readiness assessment — evaluating your current infrastructure, application stack, data volumes, and performance requirements — to determine the optimal target cloud environment. The cloud account is then provisioned, network architecture configured, security baseline applied, and your workloads migrated with minimal downtime using proven migration tooling. Monitoring and alerting are configured before go-live so your new cloud environment is observable from day one.
Cloud Start is the right entry point for businesses moving to cloud for the first time, teams modernising from outdated on-premise infrastructure, or organisations that need a correctly architected cloud foundation before layering on managed operations. It is intentionally scoped for simplicity and speed — a clean, well-documented cloud foundation your team inherits or ITNS-Global continues to manage under the Managed Cloud Pro plan (P.20).

Cloud Readiness Assessment
A structured pre-migration assessment evaluating your current infrastructure inventory, application stack, data volumes, network requirements, performance baselines, and compliance considerations. The assessment produces a cloud target architecture recommendation, platform selection rationale (AWS vs Azure vs GCP), estimated cloud cost model, and a migration risk register — giving you a clear, evidence-based starting point before any infrastructure change is made.
Cloud Account Provisioning & Architecture
Cloud account provisioned with a well-architected landing zone — account structure, region selection, VPC or VNet network design with public and private subnets, routing tables, security groups, and network access control lists configured. Resource tagging standards established and billing alerts configured so cloud costs are visible and bounded from the first day of operation in the new environment.
Security Baseline & IAM Configuration
Cloud security baseline applied from the outset — IAM roles and policies following least-privilege principles, root account secured with MFA and unused, CloudTrail or equivalent audit logging enabled, encryption at rest configured for storage and databases, and security group rules restricting access to only required ports and sources. Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) baseline reviewed and critical findings remediated before workload migration begins.
Workload Migration
Server, database, and storage workloads migrated to the cloud environment using appropriate tooling — AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate, Google Migrate for Compute, or open-source tooling where appropriate. Migration planned and executed with a defined cutover window, parallel run period where feasible, and rollback procedure documented. Post-migration validation confirms application functionality, data integrity, and performance before the on-premise environment is decommissioned.
DNS Cutover & Domain Management
DNS records updated to point to new cloud infrastructure with propagation monitoring and rollback procedures in place. SSL/TLS certificates provisioned via AWS Certificate Manager, Azure App Service Managed Certificates, or Let's Encrypt with auto-renewal configured. Custom domain names verified and mapped to cloud load balancers or CDN endpoints. Email MX records preserved and validated throughout the DNS transition to ensure no disruption to business email.
Monitoring & Alerting Setup
Cloud-native monitoring configured before go-live — CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Monitoring with dashboards for CPU, memory, disk, and network metrics. Alerting thresholds set for resource utilisation, uptime, error rates, and billing anomalies. Application performance monitoring (APM) integration configured where applicable. Your cloud environment is observable from the first day of live operation — not instrumented retrospectively after the first incident.
Automated Backup Configuration
Automated backup policies configured for all migrated workloads — EC2 snapshots, RDS automated backups, Azure VM backup policies, or GCP persistent disk snapshots, depending on platform. Backup retention periods set, cross-region backup replication configured for critical data, and restore procedures tested and documented. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup — restore validation is included in the Cloud Start delivery.
Architecture Documentation & Handover
Complete infrastructure-as-documentation delivered at handover — architecture diagrams, network topology, IAM role structure, security group rules, backup policies, monitoring configuration, DNS records, SSL certificate details, and cost optimisation recommendations. A runbook for common operational tasks provides your team or ITNS-Global's Managed Cloud Pro team with a clear operational reference for the environment going forward.

Do we pay you for the cloud consumption too?
No. Cloud spend goes directly to the provider under your own account, so you keep full visibility and control. Our fee covers migration and operations only.

Alerts route to an on-call engineer around the clock with a defined escalation path. Every incident gets a root cause analysis, not just a restart.
Can you reduce our existing cloud bill?
