Cloud, security, AI operations and custom software — delivered and supported
Five capability areas covering the whole path from first website to enterprise transformation. Each is delivered through scoped products with defined deliverables, so you can see what you are buying before you commit.
Hybrid cloud
Hybrid Cloud & Managed Infrastructure
Cloud infrastructure that is designed, migrated and then actually looked after — on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, whichever suits your workloads.
Most cloud problems are not migration problems. They are what happens in the eighteen months afterwards: costs drifting upward, nobody watching the alerts, backups nobody has tested. We design the landing zone, move the workloads without downtime, and then run it — monitoring, patching, capacity and cost reviews, with a named escalation path when something breaks at 2am.
What this includes
- Landing zone design and workload migration
- Zero-downtime cutover with real-time failover
- Microsoft 365 tenant setup, migration and administration
- 24/7 monitoring with a defined escalation path
- Backup verification and disaster recovery testing
- Cost optimisation reviews against a documented baseline
Typically for: Businesses on ageing on-premise kit, teams whose cloud bill has grown without explanation, and organisations with no one dedicated to watching infrastructure.

AI operations
AI Operations, Automation & Demand Generation
Applied AI where it changes a number you care about — fewer incidents, less manual work, more qualified enquiries.
AI is only worth deploying where it removes real work. In operations that means correlating thousands of raw alerts into a handful of actionable incidents and automating the fixes that are genuinely repeatable. In marketing it means research, qualification and follow-up running continuously rather than when someone remembers. Both are measured against pipeline and incident volume, not model activity.
What this includes
- Alert correlation and anomaly detection across existing telemetry
- Progressive automation — recommend, then approve, then unattended
- AI-assisted prospect research, enrichment and qualification
- Answer-engine visibility so AI assistants can cite your business
- Campaign automation with human review before anything publishes
- Reporting tied to qualified leads rather than impressions
Typically for: Teams drowning in alert noise, and businesses whose growth depends on outbound effort that nobody has time to sustain.

Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity, Compliance & Governance
Find what is exposed, close it in order of real risk, and keep watching.
Security engagements start with an assessment of what is actually reachable from outside: attack surface, identity and access configuration, endpoint coverage, patch status, backup integrity. Remediation is then prioritised by exploitability and business impact rather than raw vulnerability count, because a long list sorted by severity score is not a plan.
What this includes
- External attack surface and posture assessment
- Zero-trust identity and access architecture
- Continuous vulnerability assessment and patch governance
- Managed detection and response with defined escalation
- Compliance mapping — ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP readiness
- Authorised penetration testing with a prioritised remediation plan
Typically for: Organisations holding regulated data, businesses with staff on personal devices, and anyone who has never had an independent look at their exposure.

Custom software
Custom Business Software & ERP
Systems built around how your business actually works, rather than bending your process to fit a licensed product.
Off-the-shelf software charges per user indefinitely and imposes its own model of how you should operate. Custom software is a one-time build that matches your workflow — hospital management with specialty-specific clinical templates, payroll that handles your actual leave policy, a CRM with the pipeline stages your team already uses. Where a packaged product genuinely fits better, we will say so.
What this includes
- Requirement discovery grounded in how the work is done today
- Hospital management, payroll, CRM, accounting and eCommerce systems
- Integration with the systems you already run
- Role-based access with a full audit trail
- Phased delivery — working software early, not at the end
- Maintenance and enhancement retainers after go-live
Typically for: Businesses whose process is a genuine differentiator, and organisations where per-user licensing has started to scale badly with headcount.

Digital presence
Websites, eCommerce & Digital Foundations
Being credibly online, taking payments, and being findable — built, hosted and supported rather than handed over and forgotten.
The foundation layer, and the fastest thing we deliver. A managed website with business email and an AI chatbot goes live in seven days. An online store with payments, inventory and order management takes two to three weeks. Both are built to be found — server-rendered so search engines and AI assistants can read them, with structured data and analytics configured from day one.
What this includes
- Managed website with business email on your own domain
- Online store with payment gateway, inventory and orders
- Payment links and API integration for recurring billing
- Technical SEO foundations and answer-engine visibility
- Hosting, security patching, backups and monitoring
- Analytics and conversion tracking configured at launch
Typically for: New businesses, established firms with an outdated site, and anyone still taking orders entirely over the phone or by message.

Inquiries
Questions about how we work
Can we start with one solution and add others later?
That is the usual path. A business often starts with a website or Microsoft 365, then adds managed cloud, then commissions custom software. Because it stays within one relationship, there is no re-onboarding each time and the team already understands how you operate.
Do you replace our existing IT team?
No. Most engagements sit alongside an in-house team, taking operational load off them so they can focus on work specific to your business. Where there is no internal team, we provide the whole function.
How do you decide what we actually need?
A short discovery conversation, and where a website is involved, the free readiness audit. We would rather tell you a smaller product solves your problem than sell you a larger one that does not.
What if we already have a supplier for some of this?
Most organisations do. We work alongside incumbent vendors and existing contracts rather than assuming a clean slate, and we will tell you honestly where an existing arrangement is working well enough to leave alone.
How are these priced?
Products in the catalogue carry published prices. Larger engagements — security, AIOps, transformation programmes — are scoped individually, with a written proposal setting out deliverables, timeline and commercial terms before any commitment.
Not sure which of these you need?
Tell us what is slow, manual or broken. We will tell you which of these actually solves it — or that none of them do.
