The broadest service catalogue and the deepest pool of people who know it. Usually the default where there is no existing Microsoft commitment, and the strongest option for containerised and event-driven workloads.

The obvious choice where you already run Microsoft 365 and Windows Server. Identity carries across through Entra ID, existing licensing often reduces the cost, and your team is already familiar with the tooling.
GCP

Strongest where analytics is the point. BigQuery is hard to beat for large query workloads, and Cloud Run suits teams who want containers without managing a cluster.
Vendor-neutral by design. The recommendation comes from workload type, data residency, existing licensing agreements, team skills and long-run cost modelling. Cloud spend goes directly to the provider under your own account, so you keep the billing relationship and full visibility.
Productivity & security
Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive across Business Basic, Standard and Premium. Tenant provisioning, mailbox migration from Google Workspace or on-premise Exchange, conditional access, Intune device management and ongoing administration.
Entra ID, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies. Role-based access designed around how your organisation is actually structured, with an audit trail on privileged actions.
SIEM-based monitoring, endpoint detection and response, vulnerability scanning and patch governance. Alerting routes to a defined escalation path rather than an unattended inbox.
Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Adyen and Mollie, with regional methods including UPI in India and SEPA direct debit in the EU. Hosted payment pages, embedded API checkout, subscriptions and reconciliation.
GA4, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and first-party server-side analytics. Structured data and answer-engine visibility so search engines and AI assistants can read and cite your content.

Whichever fits your workloads, existing licensing, data residency requirements and team skills. If you already run Microsoft 365, Azure usually costs less and is easier for your team. If analytics is the priority, Google Cloud has an edge. We hold no commercial relationship with any provider that would influence that recommendation.
Yes, and most engagements involve exactly that. We integrate with existing ERPs, accounting packages, payment gateways and operational systems rather than assuming a clean slate. Where an existing system is working well enough, we will say so instead of proposing to replace it.
Either. Many clients prefer everything in their own cloud account so they hold the billing relationship and the data. Others would rather we host and manage it entirely. For regulated data, systems can run on your own infrastructure so nothing leaves your premises.
Often, following a short assessment covering code quality, dependencies and documentation. The assessment tells you honestly whether the system is supportable as it stands or needs remediation first — we would rather say no than take on something we cannot run properly.
Documentation, credentials and access are handed over in full, along with a knowledge transfer session. Systems run in your own accounts wherever possible, and there is no proprietary layer that has to be unpicked before another supplier can take over.
