Overview
ITNS-Global Financial & Accounting Software is a fully bespoke financial management web application designed and developed by ITNS-Global's engineering team — covering the complete financial operations of your organisation, from invoicing and collections through to expense management, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, and executive financial reporting, all built to your specific accounting structure and business rules.
Every organisation has a financial management process that is specific to its industry, business model, and regulatory context. A trading company has different invoicing, inventory valuation, and GST treatment needs than a service firm. A multi-entity group has consolidation and intercompany transaction requirements that a single-entity business does not. A construction company needs project-based cost tracking and progress billing that a retail business has no use for. Generic financial software forces every business into the same mould — ITNS-Global builds the mould to fit your organisation.
The development process begins with a structured financial process discovery — mapping your chart of accounts, transaction types, approval workflows, GST treatment by transaction category, reporting requirements, and integration needs with existing systems. The financial management system is then designed as a secure web application with the exact modules, workflows, and reports your finance team and leadership require. Every approval rule, every tax calculation, every consolidation logic is programmed to match your specific business requirements.
With full IP ownership, your organisation is never dependent on a software vendor's pricing decisions, feature roadmap, or market position. The financial system is an organisational asset that you control completely — modifiable as your business grows, integrable with any system you adopt in future, and hosted on infrastructure you control.
What it includes
Invoicing & Billing Management
A professional invoicing module generating branded tax invoices, proforma invoices, credit notes, and debit notes — with your organisation's GST registration details, HSN/SAC codes, applicable tax rates, and payment terms pre-configured. Recurring invoice scheduling for subscription or retainer clients. Partial payment tracking. Invoice status dashboard showing outstanding, overdue, and collected receivables at a glance. PDF generation with e-signature support and automated email delivery to clients.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Complete AR management — ageing analysis by customer (30/60/90/120+ days), automated payment reminder sequences by overdue tier, collection follow-up task assignment to finance team members, partial payment recording against invoices, advance payment management, and real-time DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) tracking. Customer statements generated on demand. Collection performance dashboard tracking receipts versus target by period and by collector.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Vendor invoice processing with three-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice), approval workflows by invoice value and department, payment scheduling aligned to vendor terms, TDS deduction calculation and challan tracking, and vendor payment history. Aged creditor analysis. MSME vendor payment compliance tracking. Payment batch processing with bank transfer file generation in the format required by your bank — eliminating manual payment entry in banking portals for bulk vendor payments.
GST Compliance & E-Invoicing
End-to-end GST compliance built into every transaction — CGST/SGST/IGST calculation by supply type, HSN/SAC code mapping, GST registration number validation for B2B invoices, reverse charge mechanism handling, and e-invoicing with IRN generation and QR code embedding via the IRP portal. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data export in the format required for portal filing. Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B matching. Tax liability summary by GSTIN, period, and tax type.
Bank Reconciliation
Automated bank statement import (CSV or direct bank API feed) with intelligent transaction matching to recorded receipts and payments — reducing the manual matching effort that makes month-end reconciliation painful in most organisations. Unmatched transactions flagged for finance team review. Reconciliation status tracked per bank account with outstanding items clearly surfaced. Reconciled period locked to prevent back-dated modification. Bank balance versus book balance reconciliation statement generated with one click.
Expense Management & Approvals
Employee expense submission with receipt upload, expense category classification, project or cost centre allocation, and multi-level approval workflow by expense value and department. Expense policy enforcement — automatic flagging of claims that exceed per-diem limits, require additional justification, or fall outside policy categories. Approved expenses flow automatically to accounts payable for reimbursement processing. Expense analytics by employee, department, category, and project.
Financial Reporting & MIS
A comprehensive financial reporting suite generating Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance on demand for any period — month, quarter, financial year, or custom date range. Comparative reporting against prior period or budget. Department-wise and cost-centre-wise P&L. Management Information System (MIS) reports configured to your leadership team's specific monthly reporting requirements. All reports exportable to Excel or PDF. Report scheduling for automated monthly MIS email delivery.
Multi-Entity & Consolidation
For business groups operating multiple legal entities — a multi-entity financial system managing books for each entity separately while enabling consolidated group reporting with intercompany transaction elimination. Entity-wise P&L, entity-wise Balance Sheet, and consolidated group financials all generated from the same system. Intercompany receivable and payable matching. Currency conversion for entities in different geographies. A single system replacing the manual consolidation spreadsheets that consume weeks of finance team time at group level.
What changes for you

No Recurring Software Fees
Generic financial software charges monthly or annual subscription fees that grow with users and features. A custom-built system is a one-time capital investment with no recurring software costs — owned outright, hosted on your infrastructure, with zero vendor dependency on pricing or product decisions.
↓ days
Faster Month-End Close
Automated bank reconciliation, pre-configured GST calculations, and structured approval workflows consistently reduce month-end close time by 40–60% compared to manual processes. Finance teams that previously took 7–10 days to close a month routinely close in 2–3 days under a well-configured custom system.
GST -built
Compliance by Design
GST treatment, e-invoicing IRN generation, TDS calculation, and GSTR report export are built into the transaction engine — not applied as a post-process correction. Compliance is automatic at the point of every transaction, eliminating the reconciliation effort that arises when accounting and GST records diverge.
100 %
Data & IP Ownership
All financial data, transaction history, reports, and intellectual property are owned entirely by your organisation. No financial data stored on third-party vendor servers. No risk of data access issues if a vendor changes its pricing or exits the market. Your financial records belong to you, held on infrastructure you control.
1 system
Single System, All Entities
Multi-entity groups manage books for all legal entities within a single system, with consolidated reporting eliminating the spreadsheet-based consolidation that typically takes a finance team 5–7 days every month-end. Inter-company eliminations automated; group financials available in real time.
↑ MIS
Real-Time Financial Intelligence
Leadership accesses live financial dashboards — cash position, outstanding receivables, monthly P&L versus budget, and cash flow forecast — without waiting for the finance team to manually compile a monthly MIS report. Decisions are made on current data, not last month's numbers.
Pricing
Indicative pricing, shown so you can judge fit before talking to anyone. Final scope and cost are confirmed in writing after a short discovery call.

Questions people ask
Does it comply with Indian statutory requirements?
Yes. The chart of accounts follows Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, GST is handled per the CGST, SGST and IGST Acts including rate slabs and place-of-supply logic, and TDS covers the common sections including 194C, 194J, 194Q, 194I, 192 and 194H.
Can it replace our existing accounting package?
For most SMEs, yes. Opening balances, party ledgers and outstanding items are migrated at the start of a financial year, which is the cleanest cutover point.
Does it support multiple financial years?
Yes — years are opened and closed within the system, with balances carried forward and prior-year data remaining fully accessible.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes. Time-based one-time password authentication compatible with standard authenticator apps is built in, along with a full audit log of user activity.
Will our chartered accountant be able to work with it?
Yes. Standard registers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and GST returns data are all exportable, and read-only access can be granted to your CA.
